Someone hacked my account

Now I cannot get in because they are prompting me to reset my password that I have had signed into my phone for EVER and don’t know what it is, and now I am stuck in an infinite loop of guessing an incorrect password and not being able TO NOTIFY ANYONE ANY OTHER WAY BECAUSE YOU DONT INCLUDE A LINK TO HELP.

So I am indefinitely locked out of facebook. Hopefully someone will reach out to me soon or else I am screwed for something I have no way to solve and lose like 10 years of networking.
