There’s a reason Facebook doesn’t mention what’s updated with each release. It’s the same reason users notice no difference between updates: Most “enhancements” are engineered to collect more detailed user information to bolster your personal profile to advertisers. YOU are the product. As a result, basic improvements go ignored. You can’t tag a page in a post, you can’t comment as a page. … both of which are possible on the website and very important to page admins. Pure and simple, this app is a platform to collect user data and deliver advertising.

Every time I try to access my closed or secret groups I belong to, the app crashes. It was working fine on the previous version and now it’s broken.

The constant updates, eating up the memory on my phone, please figure something out so I wont have to uninstall the app.... ?

Title says it all. The update released on March 15, 2018 causes the app to crash when I attempt to view my groups and favorites. This needs to be fixed immediately or users should be allowed to roll back to the previous version.

Latest update is horrible. I updated and then went to look for the pages I follow and each one crashes now.

Too many BS ads.

“Thanks” for the latest update. Now every time I try and look at posts from groups I’m a member of...my Facebook shuts down and I have to go back in and still can’t get to them! And quit showing me marketplace things when I hide them every time I see them. Somehow you decide I need to see hem again! Ridiculous!!

Other apps have to tell you what’s in the update. They aren’t that detailed sometimes just an overview.

I’ve had the help for about 2 weeks and i still don’t have Facebook marketplace which would be much appreciated ☹️

Every time I try to go to a group that I’m in (happens with different groups) the app crashes.

Slow and freezing up.

Newest update has a bug that Makes me hate this app. Please test your updates.

I reported my issue with marketplace many time but no body followed or even care I still have the issue and nothing helps me Bad customer support

Easily the worst app on my iPhone. Constantly crashes even when just opening to check a notification, takes forever to load, if I close to go to another window it’ll crash and force the app to restart all over. If I wasn’t forced to use it, neither the FB App or FB Messenger would be on my iPhone.

Awesome app, but still needs more improvements. Implement more of the desktop features to mobile.

I have two accounts on Facebook, one is personal and the other is for business. On my business account whenever I try to go into my groups to post ads it crashes. This is the only way I make my money. I just updated it today, and that’s when the problem started. Please fix this. Thank you for your time.

I lived at TN,USA. No Facebookmarket on my facebook app anymore. I update iOS, uninstalled facebook and reinstalled again..but it not work, still no facebookmarket on my phone. Please fix it!! Thankyou!!

my team is doing a special project for my high school, and weve made a fb page for it. the pages description word limit is so scarce and its taking a toll on us, because were being held back from establishing everything that we have to offer. please please please help.

After latest updates, some of my favorites are not working. When I choose them, the app closes. Not good.

My facebook app keeps crashing on me and taking me back out to my home screen. Pissing me off.
