As someone who has no WiFi at home but has Unlimited Data, it’s dumb that I cannot install it. I had it installed once before but I deleted it. Just stupid that now suddenly that feature is gone.

*** Ever since the latest update, I have been unable to add photos from my iPhone to some albums. Now, Facebook crashes every time I even TRY to open up my folder albums. So I am downgrading this app. I really like the Facebook app. It helps me keep up to date while on the go. Though it isnt always as fast as I would like and I do not have all of the options (specifically being able to edit comment) that I would like, it is a boon to me to have this app on my phone.

Every time I want to see what was happening “on this day” the app crashes? Anyone else having this issue? Why have that as an option if it’s never going to work? ??

Facebook’s attacks on free speech in addition to their recent issues with personal information/data have alienated this user. As far as the actual app goes, it’s a bloated memory hog that takes way too much space for what it delivers. Time to take this service out to pasture and start over.

How do I get the market place on Facebook book?

With the last update, I’m now seeing posts from friends and groups that I do NOT follow show up in my news feed. This didn’t used to happen. I’ve gone to all of their pages to ensure all settings are correct (ie, that I am not following the page) and all notifications are turned off, yet they continue to show in my news feed. Force closing, or deleting and reloading Facebook doesn’t fix the problem. Frustrating!!!! My news feed is getting inundated with posts I don’t wish to see! Also I’m still getting a “cannot connect, retry?” error message when I click on links within Facebook, particularly from my Notifications page... and even from some of my Settings option. For instance, I cannot change my password using my iPad app because when I click on the option, I get this error message. I have to use Facebook on my PC to do it. Additionally, I am still seeing posts from pages that I’ve requested be hidden. The “hide all posts from...” feature is selected for numerous pages, and I get the confirmation message that the page has been hidden, yet posts from these pages keep showing up! With each update, more and more problems arise. What the hell good are these updates if you are creating MORE problems for us, rather than fixing the many ones you have?With this and now all the data privacy invasion problems, Facebook is near intolerable.

OKAY IM SO DONE WITH FB ITS LOSING AUDIENCE I USED TO GET SO MUCH REACTIONS NOW I GET LITTLE TO NONE I RARELY SEE MOST OF MY FRIENDS POSTS WHY WONT YALL GO BACK TO REGULAR NEWSFEED AND NOT WHOEVER I INTERACT WITH THE MOST ITS LIKE I ONLY SEE THE SAME 10 PEOPLE OVER AND OVER CHANGE IT BACK AND STOP UPDATING IT EVERYDAY. WITH EACH UPDATE IT GETS SHITTIER CMON NOW

After a recent update my iPhone X cant post gifs on Facebook. They just show up as still images.

My only concern is the lack of 3D Touch functionality (of the homescreen icon) that will bring me to friend requests, market place, and especially NOTIFICATIONS!! Other than that, I found no problems or issues when using this app.

April 2, 2018 Update: Most recent update messed up the news feed. New and older posts aren’t available. Previous app updates were a lot better. Now, it’s stuck. No movement. Hope next update fixes the flow of the news feed. Thanks. Deleted this app. Liked the previous update. There is no offline button for chat with this latest update. Not all people want to be permanently online on chat. If the offline button is back, Ill reinstall this app. Other than that, this app would have been great. Anyways, keep up the good work.

Guys if u don’t know how to repair ur app Or just sending useless updates better to remove from app store. Shame to have something like that in apple.

I am guessing most if not all can guess what P.O.S. stands for! For those that can’t, here is a hint - piece of s***. I have absolutely no faith in a piece of software that has weekly updates. Have they created such an inferior product that they NEED weekly updates? OR, are they changing things to monitor different viewing/surfing habits. I am sorry but after recent revelations I do not trust then and will be deleting.

Some videos keep playing even if you go into a different app. The only thing that will turn it off is to exit Facebook altogether

Facebook is like a Liberal never works right. I have notes but Facebook won’t let me in to my own account. Every time you give me a new Pass word you always say it is wrong. You say my e-mail address is always wrong. You always say my Phone number is wrong. So I can not use your device even though ppl send me things via Facebook. As far as I am comcerned you are the worst company to try to do business .

Stop messing over my stuff and phone services and WiFi connections stealing pictures to sell to inmates and most of all sifting through personal things on peoples phones I mean seriously hire better people and maybe get the hackers and all the fake pages out of you site seriously peoples you know where to do that stuff I hope anywhy
