Blocks my internet signal

Since this recent update, the Internet on my phone randomly stops working when using this app. Even on wifi. All of my app, including safari, will not work until I restart my phone and NOT reopen the FaceBook app. Problem starts as soon as I start scrolling down the feed or watching videos. Ive learned my lesson here. If its not broke, then dont fix it.
