No support

I’m having an issue with the app. Can’t see a photo I’m tagged on or the notifications. I checked the activity log already and the fact that I’m not blocked by the person who tagged me.
Anyway, I couldn’t find a way to fix that issue with the community and now it’s simply impossible to contact Facebook directly.
Don’t expect help if you have a major problem.
