Crashes constantly

Every time I leave Facebook to maybe check something on the internet or another app I have, it crashes and I’m no longer at the same spot that I left. So frustrating!!! I may have written an entire paragraph to someone, go to check something in safari for 5 seconds and I come back to a white screen and my paragraph gone. Worst app ever.
