What’s up with this network?

I just created a Facebook account and after less than 24 hours I was logged off and locked out of my account as a “security precaution” and am awaiting a “response” from Facebook before I can get back on. What the hell!?!?!? Is this business as usual for this social media platform? I was excited to start this up and get in touch with family and friends and I can’t do that because of this BS!? Please fix ASAP or I’m not coming back!!

I’m starting to believe that this company does not actually care about its users. I have been waiting for a response from Facebook on top of having no actual reason for the issue itself and there is no contact info on these people!!

I think I’ll give Twitter and some of the others a look see, this is completely unprofessional. And here all of my family and friends are scratching there heads.
