"Update" equals "Downgrade"!

Once again... Facebook FAILS those of us with iOS systems! Now they have deleted all the groups in my "Shortcuts" menu, with no way to add them back. They are all still right there if I sign onto my friends PC, but not on my iPad app. If I try to contact "Help" about the issue I get only their BS canned response... "Your feedback makes Facebook more wonderful..." Or some such nonsense. HOW ABOUT YOU JUST MAKE THE APP WORK!! And then theres the fact that the "Help Center" is completely nonfunctional. So, what? Does FB not want people with Apple devices to enjoy the same experiences as those with androids, or what? This is frustrating as hell!!
