Listening in

They are allowed to turn on your microphone (and yes, this has happened to me and it freaked my friends and I out) and listen to conversations. They say its mostly so they can give you ads that you like... I think this should be illegal. They have no right to listen in to what my friends and I talk about, ever, or the right to my device on such a overall level. Just shouldn’t happen.
Quiet frankly, any new update, they should put what their updating like any other app.
