Violates Apple’s privacy settings - should be updated to not violate terms of service

Just got into a new city and Facebook asks me if I am ready for snow there. When I set location sharing to never I expect that Facebook does not have access to my location. This is a scummy move and if an app violates privacy it should be removed till it is fixed.
