Um what happened to videos ?

Based on the last two updates, every time I play a video two things happen. Either the video freezes and my phone reboots or the video plays at low quality (seriously I have gigabyte internet). Also, if I do get to see the video (at low quality) the continuous video stream where I swipe up and recommended videos would show, doesn’t load.

So, what happened ?
