iPhone X and photo/vid upload fail!!!!

I have an iPhone X and suddenly having major difficulty posting Live photos and short videos. Tried posting 4 photos and one 15 second video and it kept saying “taking a while to post” for over 24 hours. I tried turning off the HD upload and even cutting down photos, but nothing helped. I reported the issues in the help section and no one ever responded to me even after repeated tries. I powered off my phone several times, deleted apps/data to free up space, uninstalled and reinstalled the Facebook app on my phone, etc. Nothing worked and my posts always said “taking a while to post” though never actually working. Very frustrating. So, I finally uploaded the photos to my desktop and tried posting them to Facebook that way and it worked. But it was a lot of hassle and the whole point of the mobile app is to make posting photos and vids easier and convenient. Ugh. I WOULD SERIOUSLY DELETE FACEBOOK IF IT WEREN’T FOR 12 YEARS OF PHOTO MEMORIES. I would do a half star if it let me.
