Just got back on Facebook

Just got back on Facebook after a few weeks hiatus and found out I can no longer upload a picture to a comment, the camera icon is next to the comment bar, but doesnt pull up the camera or photos app. Never did this before this recent update.

This is only occurring on the iPad Pro 9.7, my iPhone 6s can still upload a picture with a comment, same thread, same person.

Neither device is altered in any way.
