Slow.

To be real honest I don’t like how we are not told what new features are being with the updates. I don’t like how glitchy all the time and very slow. I’m actually getting pretty bored with this app and I am considering deleting it and my Facebook period! There are better apps out there now anyways unless things start improve I will go else where. It’s almost as if you don‘t care about your users and it really shows. I want to see new amazing features I don’t want it to be so slow and full of glitches. Also the Video Messenger should be clear and not so blurry all the time! You’d think with your billions of dollars you could come out with something that it would make the picture and sound HQ resolution and HD sound. That is my rant for the day! I know I won’t hear back from you but hopefully with what I said it might help improve the app for a user friendly experience.
