I have the iPhone 8+ and Facebook is taking FOREVER to upload a 2 second video. My app is up to date, my software is up to date and I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it’s not uploading my videos. What is going on? Fix this and I’ll change my rating.

I still use iOS 7 and I only update when Facebook starts crashing constantly. I updated yesterday and now its crashing even worse than before... Right after opening, during videos, mid sentence... It wont stop! I only use Facebook on my phone, so seriously, please fix this! Update 3/27/2018 I updated to iOS 11 a couple of months ago and since then it’s a miracle if the app will even open. Constant crashes worse than ever before. Why can’t your app just work?If it does finally open I have to wait about 1-2 minutes just for the newsfeed to load. Absolutely frustrating ?

The last two updates have been terrible. On wi-fi the app doesn’t update or show new notifications when I click on the icon. It also doesn’t show comments or likes on posts while on wi-fi. Switching off wi-fi isn’t much better, particularly tonight. Posts take forever to load and the feed won’t update to most recent. I have an iPhone but other family members have android phones and the problem is the same. FIX this, please!

Snap chat is simple and entertaining. No need to post countless pics on Facebook just snap and share.

Every time I leave the app, even if it’s just for a moment to respond to a text, the app completely refreshes. This happens even if I’m in the middle of reading an article, or if I read one for too long. Absolutely infuriating.

I have never been so disappointed with this app!! I have been trying to upload pictures (only 3 at a time) because 30 was too much... now 3 aren’t even working!! I have full WiFi and have been attempting to upload these for the past 2 days!! No wonder everyone is changing to Instagram and Twitter.

App crashes anytime I try to go to a group I am apart of

Facebook is 100% data mining and sells your personal life to the advertisers. Your life is the product that Facebook produces and makes billions from. Stop using Facebook.

The app tracks your every move, every text, every phone call, every place you visit and sells your data to the Russians. I deleted my Facebook and so should you.

I like how I can watch videos but now it’s the recent updates there are so many ads.

I have had the same facebook for over 10 years now! I change my password and naturally forget it. The bs security has locked me out and I cant access it again! My old pics of my children and father who passed are all gone now’

My account was already was able to keep up with friends and family until it got hacked and now can’t get back on not to happy with that

We have all been tricked into thinking that Mark Mr. family man would betray us and use us just for more money! Did he even sell out his own family’s account? Shame on you Mark!

Its really disappointing that the data analysis firm Cambridge Analytica, which has close ties to president Trump’s election campaign and right-leaning mega donors, used data that han been collected from 50 million users without consent. And Facebook did nothing!!!

The most recent update has completely trashed my ability to use it at all. Some pages blink incessantly as I’m trying to read or scroll. Other pages won’t scroll at all. And still others will let me select the item I’m looking for only to kick me out of the app completely. PLEASE! Undo this update and make it work again!!!

Y’all are sellouts. Deleted my account today.

Its gone down the drain. Unless you like watching commercials. I close a video when the ad starts. News feed order is suggestion based opposed to chronological. With the option to sort it removed. I could go on all day but I’d rather just delete the app.

Update lost login info. Now it will not accept my password, and when I attempt a reset, it tells me first an unknown error has occurred then that I’ve tried to many attempts on attempt 2. This issue has continued through attempts for 2 weeks spaced 4 days apart. No support for issue available through mobile website or app.

My only complaint is that it shows when Im online. Ill give it 5 stars when they put it back the way it was. Especially on the messenger because if Im talking to one person, it overwhelms me having someone else message me at the same time because they see the green light
