Why soo many updates? Every freaking week! They don’t even tell you what they are!! It’s the same generic BS all the time ?

I have had this app for a very long time. I regret to inform you that not all devices get the same features of this app. For instance my wife has the marketplace and I do not. I want the marketplace as I am the one who would use it and she would not. Have contacted the “help” and “support” and nothing has been done to fix the issue. Sadly dissatisfied.

The newest update is complete trash I can’t even open my new notifications without having to refresh them 100 times.. I hate this app so much.

Don’t trust them with your info unless you want them to exploit it and give it away to whomever they want.

If messenger worked better, or you weren’t forced to use it, when it doesn’t work properly, I’d like Facebook a lot more.

I logged out of my Facebook account because a friend needed to use her account then after I tried signing back in it wouldn’t let me because I needed a code for the two-factor authentication but the problem is that I don’t get the code because I have a different from number and now I can’t get the code since I didn’t change my phone number in my account I already sent a photo with a piece of paper and the numbers they told me to write on it like it told me too but I haven’t gotten a email or something to tell me that they got it or that they are reviewing it. Or at least that they’ll tell me that u can’t get my account back. Please help I would really like to get me account back since I don’t really want to make a new one.

I honestly don’t like that Facebook needs to know my location at all times. In turn, it decreases my battery life trying to find my location? Not cool! Pretty invasive. My husband deactivated his account because if this. On the next update, remove this feature! I don’t think that Facebook needs to know where I am at all times! The only reason why I haven’t deactivated my account, is because of my family who live out of state.

Please fix the market place!!!! I have to keep readjusting the area thing!!! IT IS VERY ANNOYING!!!!

i can’t add a new video photo ?

Im not sure what the next platform will be. I know I have friends and family currently using google+. I read about others but what else besides G+ and MySpace is qualifiable?

I have tried to unlock the block on my Facebook marketplace but nothing seems to work my messager is not working since marketplace is blocked enyway you can help to get it unblocked I haven’t done enything for it to lock on me so please help me

Can y’all make marketplace it’s own app so I don’t get notifications from it. I turned them off in the app but I’m still getting them and there is nothing there when I click on the notification

Read the recent news. Facebook is gross

I recently became engaged and Facebook automatically chose some photos to slap on the post. I wanted to choose my own and went into edit the post, deleted those photos and added my own, clicked save, and I get a “post failed” notification. This is troublesome as I want the post to show the photos we have chosen to announce with. I have tried closing and reopening the app, restarting my phone, and using both wireless and data to make these changes. PLEASE fix this issue, it’s not exactly like I can un-announce our engagement?

I think you guys should take a look at your latest update. Facebook won’t save likes or reactions at all. It just keeps saying “something went wrong”. I’ve tried everything I know to get it working, logging out, then logging back in. No change. Still won’t save any of my actions.

The newest update removes the ability to tag people. Tag button is still the but doesnt function anymore.

Selling your data out for malicious purposes

The most recent update did not fix the speed of Facebook or fix the amount of time it takes for things to load. I’m sorry to be a pain it’s just extremely annoying because prior to the last two updates I’ve not had a problem!

I have an iPhone X and suddenly having major difficulty posting Live photos and short videos. Tried posting 4 photos and one 15 second video and it kept saying “taking a while to post” for over 24 hours. I tried turning off the HD upload and even cutting down photos, but nothing helped. I reported the issues in the help section and no one ever responded to me even after repeated tries. I powered off my phone several times, deleted apps/data to free up space, uninstalled and reinstalled the Facebook app on my phone, etc. Nothing worked and my posts always said “taking a while to post” though never actually working. Very frustrating. So, I finally uploaded the photos to my desktop and tried posting them to Facebook that way and it worked. But it was a lot of hassle and the whole point of the mobile app is to make posting photos and vids easier and convenient. Ugh. I WOULD SERIOUSLY DELETE FACEBOOK IF IT WEREN’T FOR 12 YEARS OF PHOTO MEMORIES. I would do a half star if it let me.
