Hi, I have a Apple Product and my app keeps crashing. Please fix. ☺️

Once again... Facebook FAILS those of us with iOS systems! Now they have deleted all the groups in my "Shortcuts" menu, with no way to add them back. They are all still right there if I sign onto my friends PC, but not on my iPad app. If I try to contact "Help" about the issue I get only their BS canned response... "Your feedback makes Facebook more wonderful..." Or some such nonsense. HOW ABOUT YOU JUST MAKE THE APP WORK!! And then theres the fact that the "Help Center" is completely nonfunctional. So, what? Does FB not want people with Apple devices to enjoy the same experiences as those with androids, or what? This is frustrating as hell!!

Facebook is something I wanted for a very long time and it is a pretty good app, my family has it and is loving it , this a way to get updated on the latest trends BUT beware of using the app to much , because it can be addicting to a lot of people , but other than this it is a very good app GOOD LUCK , I hoped that you like my review

Bugs, crashes, headaches, and targeted propoganda. Best to leave this alone.

Canceled / Disabled my entire personal account due to an item I was selling on FB market. Someone out there that I sad NO to reported me for selling my old set of wheels. I have submitted an appeal multiple times and Facebook never seem to respond. I mean what the hell, you get people to build and share there entire life here and then just like that one day you no longer have access to your personal account ?? just doesn’t seem right.

The app is alright, I have been using it for years but within this last year or so I have been noticing that whenever I scroll through my news feed that sometimes it automatically plays a random video within my news feed. Its very annoying to say the least because sometimes Im listening to my music while Im on Facebook and having the random videos play out of no where stops my music. Also it would be nice if this app utilized the iPad 9.7, 10.5 and 12.9 inch screen. Everything is just blown up from the iPhones app. Other than that this app is alright.

Bad company through & through

Zero stars. Delete facebook and make real, meaningful connections rather than the fake, ego driven, status update driven, superficial facebook.

They will sell your information at a premium, it’s not worth it, I promise.

Why I can’t download Facebook on my data I get 12gb each time I try you told me to do that over WiFi I don’t have WiFi apps over 150 mb should be download over WiFi that not good I should be able to decide not you

Glad I deleted this junky, messy application! Wish this app was what it used to be, but they don’t care. Terrible app and it keeps getting worse. Good job updating just to hide reviews and never read the feedback! Friendly for Facebook is where it’s at! They actually care for their users!

Recent Allegation

If you don’t mind having very little control over how you view your newsfeed, little glitches & slowdowns continually, and massive data mining, the app is OK. It’s easy to get to events & groups. I wish we could opt out of people seeing when we’re online, or how long it’s been since we’ve been on; that’s really unnecessary & causes stress.

Yes I can’t re down load my Facebook it says I have to have WiFi or computer well I have neither I want my app back. Kim Kay smith

This update is terrible. Why would they take the most recent feature from the short cuts. I either have to look at posts out of order or go through a 100 steps to find the most recent on the feeds tab. Please change it back

I used it on iphone x and its so bad very slowly sometimes no comment show no profile open notification missing it’s totally rubbish app and make me very nervous

I updated recently and all of a sudden Facebook has been crashing every two minutes. New update seems to have more bugs. Help!

I know that Facebook has been going through a lot of changes, and I’ve adjusted for the most part. But I absolutely hate the way the newsfeed works now. I just updated, and now don’t have the option of viewing the new posts first. I wish I had not updated the app. If I knew that option was gone, I would have held off as long as possible on updating. Seriously Facebook, so disappointing. With all the changes happening, and the unhappy users, you’d think Facebook would try to listen to feedback and try to make the app more appealing for the users.

Honestly, Facebook has gotten worse as the years have gone by. It’s a cluttered mess, too many useless features, filled with junk. Too many ads, Facebook has become just a way to target marketing ads at the user. It has become less and less about your friends and more about everything else It has been my least used app for over 2 years now. Bring back the in app chat feature. Like when Facebook had the bubbles for a contact that you are chatting with. Then you would just drag the bubble to the bottom of the screen to quit the chat. Messenger is terrible to use.
